The Relocation and Corporate Services (RCS) Department of Dilbeck Real Estate provides a full range of Relocation and Referral services including Broker-to- Broker Referrals, Affinity Programs and E-Commerce, as well as Direct Relocation and traditional third-party provider Relocation Services.
The RCS Department is a team of dedicated professionals comprised of:

Our goal is to provide value-added services for Dilbeck Sales Partners and their clients. Utilizing a national network of Realtors® and Brokers, the RCS Department Staff can assist your customers in moves taking place anywhere outside the Dilbeck Real Estate market area. Over the years, the RCS Department has remained a premier provider in the field of relocation, and has evolved into a multi-faceted division dedicated to the development and servicing of a wide range of business channels.
The current range of services include:
-Servicing the needs of local and national Corporations with their relocating employees.
-Developing corporate affinity services with local and national employers and organizations.
-Servicing broker referrals from within our company, and to our company from Realtors outside our market area.
-Working with lenders and asset management companies in the disposition of REO properties.
The Internet Lead Staff works with a number of lead sources to capture the ever-increasing number of internet consumers. Our team of Dilbeck Sales Associates is at the core of our delivery system success. We strive to consistently exceed the expectations of our agents and corporate customers!
